General Info

All rooms are large and spacious bedrooms are en-suite and come equipped with television, telephone, internet access, tea/coffee facilities, iron, trouser press and a hair dryer. Full English breakfast is available in havelis Restaurant, or a Continental breakfast box to take away should you have an early departure. Our Breakfast times are from times to 8am to 10am weekdays and 9am to 10.30am weekends

* Earliest check in is 14.00 - you can arrive earlier and use the facilities if necessary
* Identification required at check-in - only UK drivers' licence, passport or identity cards accepted
* Check out is strictly 12.00. late check out is available at an extra cost.
* We will store your luggage before check-in and after check-out if required
* Extra Towels available to rent for 1 pound
* WiFi
* Iron, ironing board, adaptor and hair dryer available to hire
* Washer and dryer (3.00/1.00)
* Hostel guests receive 20% discount on pizzas, karaoke and bowling in the Lanes.
* The Lanes has club nights so please be aware that Friday and Saturday nights in particular are quite musical until about 3am.
* Free earplugs over the weekend (weeknights 1 pound)
* We can arrange breakfasts in advance for groups of over 20

Terms & Conditions

All room rates and deposits must be paid in full prior to or at check in. Cancellation - if cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Children and extra beds - all children under 1 year old stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds or cots in the room. Pets are not allowed. If any trips or falls Haveli will not be held responsible. If the customer is not out by 12:00, there will be a 2 per hour charge. If the customer is in the room after 14:00 the customer will be charged for 1 whole day.
